Healthy Living Part 1 of 4

“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to everything that creeps upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day” (Genesis 1:29-31).

__Protein Mix Powder and Veggie Drink: Daily __ Blend together with a blender or juicer. Note, this drink does not replace your regular meals. Before or during breakfast. During lunch or before dinner.

  1. Whey powder protein especially for men to help maintain weight and/or not to lose weight to fast. Also for energy. {Essential} Don’t be to concern about weight loss from this daily drink, this is just part one of healthy living tips.
  2. Bok choy, spinach. {Essential}
  3. Broccoli, any green leafy vegetable can be thrown in. (optional). Greens are healthier than broccoli.
  4. Use 1 Kiwi added daily w/blueberries {Essential}. Blackberries are also good. Kiwi (optional)
  5. Do not use other fruits & no fruit juice.
  6. Nagaimo root or burdock root found in Asians markets groceries such as H-Mart, Paldo, Bo-han and Vietnamese stores. (Optional)
  7. Flax seed and Bell Pepper (yellow, red, or green). {Essential}
  8. Cactus (Optional)
  9. Use water to your desired thickness. Women can use soy milk in the place of water.
  10. You can drink 1 glass daily for men and women.)

Exercise (not an option), although it is not a food but it must be performed somewhat daily or at a minimum of 3 to 4 times a week. (45 Minutes)
